24 Oct Balancing Business, Family, and Relationships: Beate Nimsky’s Guide for the Modern Woman Entrepreneur
For over thirty years, Beate Nimsky, the founder and CEO of NEVSA Coaching & Consulting LLC in Florida and the Nimsky Institute for Intrinsic Competence in Germany, has guided entrepreneurs, board members, and executives in their personal development and in creating an appreciative culture within their organizations. Throughout her career, Beate has expertly and joyfully facilitated clients’ achieving a happier, healthier life through channeling internal energy and more.
As a modern woman entrepreneur herself, Nimsky understands the difficulty that comes with balancing business, family, and personal relationships. In her work, she uses intuitive leadership and a holistic approach to help her clients thrive. Nimsky’s influence goes beyond traditional business advice—she offers a roadmap to living a balanced life. Her curiosity and creativity have led to the establishment of the Beate Nimsky brand, which operates on three pillars: corporate training, open seminars, and empowering women to build their businesses using awareness and business tools.
In her network of BOLD WOMEN, Beate ensures a supportive environment under the mantra of ‘doing business differently,’ passing on her knowledge and experiences to help others trust in their potential. Over the years, Beate has built four businesses, married her husband, Martin, embraced his two daughters, and traveled the world, including all seven continents—an achievement accomplished by less than 1% of the world’s population. She is also the author of “Ask – And Create Your Life,” and a co-author of the best-seller book “Women Gone Wild – Intuition Edition.”
From an early age, Beate exhibited a rebellious spirit, and this tenacity has carried her through various professional and personal milestones, whether climbing out of a window as a teenager to meet a boyfriend or narrowly escaping the 2004 tsunami on Pipi Island. Her resilience and intuition have always guided her.
At the age of 20, Beate took on her first major professional challenge as a technical operations manager. She tackled the role with intuition and an unshakeable belief in her abilities despite her lack of experience. At 32, Beate began studying leadership literature and attending seminars on personal and professional development. This formal education helped her understand the principles behind the intuitive actions that had brought her so much success. In 1987, a severe car accident left Beate with significant injuries. Through alternative healing practices, such as acupuncture, homeopathy, and meditation, she fully recovered after five months. This experience was a turning point in her life, prompting her to study with Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia and explore holistic practices like ChiGong, TaiChi, and meditation.
Her pursuit of continuous self-improvement led her to engage with methods like NLP, autogenic training, kinesiology, and transformational leadership principles. She became a certified Master Trainer in HR tools such as INSIGHTS Management Development Instruments® and Assess, and she co-founded the Institute for Intrinsic Competence with her husband. At 50, Beate set herself the goal of running the New York City Marathon, an ambitious task for someone with no prior running experience. Despite the odds, she crossed the finish line. By 60, she had earned a Master of Science in Coaching from Vienna, balancing her studies with a busy professional life.
Nimsky’s story is proof of the idea that women can excel in all aspects of life—business, family, and relationships—if they stay true to their inner selves and follow their intuition. Today, at 73, she continues to push boundaries, inspiring women entrepreneurs to do business differently, with passion, love, and balance.
